r - Is it possible to fix the color scale oh the heatmap - Stack Overflow

I have created heatmap with a dataset where most of the data resies within values say 0.001 to 0.1 but there is one datpoint in a sample which has 0.3 and its skewing the whole heatmap. The whole heatmap looks blue except one gene. How to fix the scale here? Should I just remove that one gene?
