Everytime i open a new gitbash terminal, then a new empty .npmrc file is been created and it overwrites the existing config file (if one was existing).
I work on windows. I uninstalled git for windows and installed it again (with choco), hoping it would fix the issue... but it didn't.
The .npmrc file is located in my user home
